Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

Pickup from Srinagar Airport
Check-in at hotel or houseboat
Visit Mughal Gardens: Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashme Shahi
Evening Shikara ride on Dal Lake
Overnight stay in Srinagar

Day 2: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Kargil

After breakfast, drive to Kargil via Sonamarg and Zojila Pass
En route, stop at Drass – the second coldest inhabited place
Visit Kargil War Memorial

Day 3: Kargil to Leh

Drive from Kargil to Leh via Mulbekh, Lamayuru (Moonland), Alchi Monastery, Magnetic Hill, and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib
Cross Fotu La and Namika La passes
Arrive in Leh and check-in
Overnight stay in Leh

Day 4: Leh – Nubra Valley (via Khardung La)

Drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft – one of the world’s highest motorable roads)
Visit Diskit Monastery and enjoy views of the sand dunes
Optional camel ride in Hunder
Overnight stay in Nubra Valley (camp or guesthouse)

Day 5: Nubra to Pangong Lake (via Shyok Route)

Early drive to Pangong Lake – one of the most scenic high-altitude lakes
Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and changing colors of the lake
Check-in to lakeside camp

Day 6: Pangong to Leh (via Chang La)

Drive back to Leh via Chang La Pass
En route, visit Hemis or Thiksey Monastery (if time permits)
